Consultation: We believe that in order to achieve your goals for a particular photograph, we need to understand who you are and what’s important to you. Ideally you come to our studio, or we come to you, and sit down and get to know each other. Through that process you become more comfortable with who and what we are, and we get a good idea of who you are and what is important to you. All at no charge!
We take the time to get it right : We don’t want to offer cookie cutter images that your great aunt could take with her spiffy new camera. it’s our intention to create something you will hang on the wall for years, and tell your friends about. We take pride in our work, we wont rush you through it, and we wont settle for average.
Latest in Digital Technology: The days of film in the studio and long gone. the quality and flexibility of modern digital cameras is second to none. We have a completely modern, digital studio. Every picture taken in the studio is displayed on a large monitor for all of us to look at. We know what we are getting the moment we shoot it.
Online Proofing and ordering: with today’s wired world, it only makes sense to utilize the internet in the process of viewing proofs and making your selection for your order. We have developed what we believe to be a user friendly way to do this from anywhere in the world. What’s more, you can also have friends and family look at the images with no extra effort on your part.
Fast turnaround: Images from your shoot often will be available for you to view the same day as the shoot. Once you place your order, they are touched up and printed within several days. Typically you can expect to have finished prints available for pickup within five business days. This time can be compressed some if needed for a rush order fee.
No risk guarantee: Our pledge to you is simple and sincere. We want you to be happy with the end results. If you are not satisfied with our work, there is NO CHARGE, simply return any prints you may have and you will receive a full refund, and our apology.
